What is your mission? We bring you unique items for your craft projects, through the convenience of the Internet. We know that you'll find things at Embroidered Soul you can't find anywhere else. We are the exclusive importer of Greek ceramic beads and pendants from Irene Iossifidou, and we represent various other artists who produce high-quality and imaginative beads and pendants. We will always bring you unique products and exemplary service. It's a matter of personal integrity! Our focus is handmade ceramic beads and pendants, and in most cases we try to buy directly from the artist so that we develop a personal relationship with them. We will supplement this from time to time with other products we've either discovered or created ourselves.  Check back often for updates to our product line.

What are your principles? Be true to our mission. Respect each and every individual. Conduct our business in an honest manner and with integrity always. Provide top quality goods and services. Pay all artists a fair price for their work. Never take advantage of our artists.

What is your privacy policy? Under no circumstance will any information you provide us be bought, sold, or traded to any other organization. We may occasionally send you informational e-mails about our website, but your information is guaranteed to be protected by us from other users.

How secure is your website? Embroidered Soul provides a secure environment so you can shop with confidence. The Thawte Secure Site Seal is your assurance that you are dealing directly with Embroidered Soul, and that all your personal information is encrypted for your protection. We save your billing and shipping information, but we do NOT save your credit card information. You may also call us with your order, if you prefer, at (740) 965-4851.

What is your shipping and payment policy? We ship most orders in the US and Canada for free. International postage varies and we have recently decreased the cost to most countries. Orders that do not meet our minimum of $50 in purchases are assessed a $5 small order fee to help cover postage, packaging, etc. With the rising price of shipping, we feel this is a liberal and generous policy.

What is your return policy? Here's the official company policy: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please insure your return and ship in a sturdy box to avoid damage. Items will be refunded in full to your credit card, less any discount given. Please specify a reason for returning so that we can better serve you in the future. We no longer process exchanges except when an item is received in a damaged condition, in which case we will replace the item provided you inform us immediately upon receipt. In some cases, we may ask you for a scan of the broken item for insurance purposes. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we believe that within a week you'll know whether an item will work for you. Because we change our stock often, we must provide a time limit on returns so that we can return the items to stock. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

What about cookies? "Cookies" are little bits of software your browser loads from web sites. The Embroidered Soul web site uses cookies to help keep track of your shopping session. In fact, cookies were invented to make online shopping more convenient. Our cookies in no way endanger your computer or threaten your privacy. If you set your browser to refuse cookies while shopping at Embroidered Soul, you will find your shopping cart unexpectedly emptied!

How do you feel about ads and links?: We occasionally find links that we believe are either inspirational from an artistic point of view or useful to our customer. You will find those on our "links" page. We will never add those pesky little pop-up ads to generate revenue. On Embroidered Soul's pages, our goal is a clean, easy-to-navigate site without a lot of extraneous distractions.

Do you accept international orders? Yes, we accept international orders with pleasure! Please use our merchant account to pay with VISA or MC. Most international orders can be shipped for under $10. Any additional cost will be charged separately. Duties assessed by your country are your responsibility. It's generally very economical for us to ship via USPS Global Priority mail, which is our preferred method.

Do you offer discounts? We are pleased to offer our customers discounts as follows: All orders over $75 enjoy a 10% discount; all orders over $200 enjoy 20% off! Some items, such as wholesale or bulk packaging, cannot be discounted and do not count toward your discountable total.

Do you sell in wholesale quantities to qualified retailers?

Most items that are available for wholesale purchase are available on the website as "bulk" or "wholesale" packages. We are able to offer bulk packaging on most Greek items.
